    “The check engine light came on my van just a few miles from our destination, Baker City, Oregon. I took the group to drop off the van. Randy and his staff were willing to get my van looked at immediately. They fixed the problem by replacing the thermostat and while doing so noticed the poor state of our tires. It was a Friday afternoon and they didn't have our tires in stock. They called until they found our tires at another shop. Although the other shop had the tires, they could not do the alignment on the weekend. Concerned for my safety and that of the kiddos with us, Randy drove our van to the other business, picked it up, fixed the alignment, and let me pick up the van from their shop.”
